Municipalities across the U.S. are considering making lock boxes mandatory for multi-family residential properties, as well as commercial and industrial buildings, to aid first responders. In fact, the Saugerties Town Board in New York recently approved legislation requiring exterior wall-mounted lock boxes on all single-access multi-family residential buildings with three or more units.

Against this backdrop, access management company Wolflok exhibited its maximum-security lock boxes at ISC West, and Locksmith Ledger Editor Emily Pike chatted more about them with Marcus Taylor.
