STANLEY Security receives Lenel factory certification under Lenel’s OpenAccess Alliance Program
Indianapolis, IN --[April 14, 2014] — STANLEY Security has announced that it has received Lenel factory certification and joined the Lenel OpenAccess Alliance Program (OAAP). STANLEY Security’s EyeLock product line interfaces with the OnGuard access control system to provide end-users with a single, critical database for access control and iris biometric identification data.
“STANLEY Security has completed required factory testing at Lenel to validate the functionality of its interface to OnGuard. EyeLock’s OAAP certification allows end-users to create and modify cardholders by including iris enrollment data on a single graphical user interface (GUI) for a more streamlined approach to identity management,” said Gidon Lissai, director of strategic alliances, Lenel. “We look forward to their continued involvement in the Lenel OpenAccess Alliance Program.”
“To receive the Lenel factory certification through the OAAP program is crucial to the success and growth of the EyeLock product line,” said Jeremy Morton, VP of Product Management of STANLEY Security. “Coordination with OnGuard access control bolsters our customers’ trust in the EyeLock and STANLEY brands. Through the Lenel OAAP, large enterprise end-users can readily deploy a technology that is the here, now and future of accurate access control.”
EyeLock’s interface with the OnGuard access control system also offers the following benefits:
- Single, streamlined GUI: Cardholders do not have to be created in two separate GUIs for each system.
- Optimized template management: Templates are distributed based on cardholder access level.
- Automatic template updates: Automatically occurs when the cardholder or badge date is changed.
