Additionally, it works with auxiliary latch “pins” that often cause problems for other electric strikes. Other specifications for the 4200 include a shallow 1 – 1/16 backset, low current draw, 12 & 24 DC, 12-24 AC voltage, and comes with a trim skirt that matches the fascia color. Low current draw (PoE friendly) allows the 4200 to work off the power provided by most PoE systems, edge devices, or save power and money on smaller power supplies on traditional panel systems.
