The SDC EntryCheck™ product line includes a variety of standalone digital keypad readers and proximity card readers to meet virtually any need – many now available with industry standard Wiegand 26 bit data transfer. Choose from indoor, outdoor and vandal resistant digital keypads to proximity card readers and wireless stand-alone solutions. The SDC 918 and 923 EntryCheckTM are standalone digital keypads designed to control access of a single entry point for facilities with up to 500 users. Each user is assigned a personal identification number (PIN). Keypad entry of a valid one to six digit code activates one or both of the output relays which releases an electric door lock. For narrow stile applications, there is the SDC 923 EntryCheck™ with all the same features. Optional Prox Readers are available for selected 920 and 923 models.
The SDC EntryCheck™ IPRW Wiegand proximity reader is a sleek, sophisticated reader that will interface with most access control systems. It combines a 125KHz HID-compatible proximity reader and standard 26-bit Wiegand output with compact design for surface or mullion mounting. An IP67 rated housing makes the IPRW suitable for use in indoor or outdoor environments. An LED indicator lights red to indicate power, or green to indicate an authorized access (controlled externally by host). The audible annunciator will indicate when a card is present or can be controlled externally.
