Corvallis, Oregon, August 8, 2014—The CyberKey® Air is a new, Wi-Fi enabled, programmable smart key from CyberLock Inc. It can be uploaded with key-holder schedules and permissions for accessing CyberLock® electronic cylinders without the need to physically connect the key to a communication device. Wireless connectivity to the key allows real time updates of user permissions in the key and access to the audit trail stored in the key memory via Wi-Fi. This new, convenient solution promotes employee accountability, security, and efficiency.
The CyberKey Air is the newest addition to the CyberLock access control system, which uses electronic lock cylinders, programmable keys, and CyberAudit® software to manage access and provide security to all the locking points throughout an organization. Since the battery in the key powers the lock cylinders, there is no need for hard wiring. CyberLock access control is an effective security solution for protecting assets and tracking access.
