The redesigned, second-generation DynaLock Series 3101C-G2 Delayed Egress Lock incorporates a new, enlarged LED lock status indicator arrangement.
Rather than a single, T-1 3/4 bi-color LED mounted to the stamped aluminum housing cover of the original 3101C, the 3101-G2 utilizes a hi-brightness SMT LED status indicator array, which projects through a wide translucent lens in the face of a new injection-molded polymer housing cover. This new flame-proof polymer cover comes in a standard matte black finish identical to our armature housing and features a recessed US28 satin aluminum finish faceplate.This faceplate may also be finished to match any of our optional special architectural finishes when a lock is ordered as such.
The 3101C-G2 also adds an optional new, redundant delay egress alarm relay output (AAO – Auxiliary Alarm Output Option). It provides an isolated set of SPDT, Form C output contacts, which duplicate the function of the standard Delay Egress Monitor output. All other mechanical, electronic and templating attributes remain unchanged from the original 3101C. Models configured for single and double out-swinging, double egress and single in-swinging doors are offered and backed by our DynaLife® PLUS lifetime warranty.
