ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is now announcing the acquisition of Messerschmitt Systems, an internationally renowned manufacturer of access and room control hardware and software. Founded in Germany in 1985, Messerschmitt Systems specializes in serving the needs of hotels, with its solutions able to seamlessly integrate with the leading PMS platforms in use by today’s industry businesses.
Messerschmitt Systems will be part of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions’ business area Hospitality and their Vingcard brand.

Messerschmitt Systems offerings include its own line of advanced hardware and smart hotel room management software. This includes the ability to control in-room amenities such as lighting and thermostats from convenience of personal devices.
