Automatic Systems and Tonali have developed a new line of security doors in order to address client needs specific to Automatic Systems' North American market, the ClearLock line of security portals and RevLock family of security revolving doors.
ClearLock security doors allow only one person per credential through interlocking doors and offer a sophisticated anti-tailgating and piggyback detection system. Clients can select from round or square footprints, and all models are available in both standard pedestrian and ADA-compatible versions.
RevLock security revolving doors assure only one pedestrian per transaction, and can be set to either "reverse" or seamlessly "close off" entry to unauthorized (piggyback/tailgate) passage attempts. Both 90-degree (4 wing) and 120-degree (3 wing) versions are available.
"At Automatic Systems, we wanted to be able to offer our clients a superior line of security doors, consistent with our existing quality oriented entrance control product offerings," said David Enderle, vice president of sales at Automatic Systems. "Tonali's superior product line and leadership role in the worldwide markets brought them to our attention as a manufacturing partner. Our U.S. and Canadian partners, integrators, and end users encouraged us in that direction and then helped us to design products that incorporated features most important to them."
Tonali SpA was founded by Francesco Tonali in 1938 and has been designing, manufacturing and installing access control systems and equipment for more than 70 years. Today, their products can be found in a wide range of applications in Europe and around the world. The partnership with Automatic Systems complements their global growth plan.
