Davis Mergers and Acquisitions Group announced this week that Michigan-based security alarm dealer Engineered Protection Systems has acquired Grand Rapids, Mich., based Eagle Security Systems.
In a statement, EPS Vice President Jim Zweedyk said that the acquisition would bolster the company's presence in the state.
"This purchase solidifies our stronghold in the Western part of Michigan," he said.
