    Aurora, IL – January 6, 2014 – Alarm Detection Systems, Inc., a leading provider of commercial and residential security services, today announced its acquisition of Apex Alarm Systems, Inc., a privately-owned security business located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The acquisition will open up new business opportunities in Southeastern Wisconsin for ADS, which is already known for its unique combination of large-scale capability and personable service.  

    The Apex sales office and management team, including Apex founder and President, Jim Pascucci, will continue to operate under the ADS brand name.
