The versatile IP Communicator is compatible with most manufacturers’ control panels—providing security dealers with an excellent opportunity to grow their account base while offering upgrades to existing customers with Honeywell VISTA systems.
It is ideal for enterprise-wide private network applications including government buildings, banks, retail businesses and college campuses. The 7847i-E communicates directly to Honeywell’s 7810iR-ENT and 7810PC Internet Receivers.
It installs behind firewalls without compromising network security, uses 256-bit advanced Encryption Standard or optional 1,024 bit encryption with two-way authentication and no key exchange for maximum data protection.
