TAKEX PIR-T40NAM is an indoor/outdoor 135 feet/40 meter long range vertical curtain passive infrared utilizing triple mirror technology and signal processing for accurate detection and small animal resistance. The high mounting capability allow the sensor to be used in heights ranging from 6.6’ to as high as 20’ with various settings depending upon application. Anti-Masking feature provides warning if sensor cannot detect, also internal function analysis determines if sensor operation and detection can be completed. Weather proof and IP55 rated housing allows for use in damp and dusty environments, anti-bird spikes can be used to prevent birds from sitting on sensor.
