Art Guard's Magnetic Asset Protection (MAP) Sensor

Aug. 9, 2016
Solution designed to secure almost any stationary object from theft

Art Guard introduces MAP (Magnetic Asset Protection), a patented wireless sensor, capable of securing almost any stationary object from theft, whether hanging or seated and no matter how small. The museum-grade and flexible yet affordable MAP sensor detects the movement of a tiny rare-earth magnet discreetly attached to an object, triggering an alert to a control panel. The sensor never touches the asset, eliminating any danger of battery leakage. MAP integrates with a number of manufacturer’s panels, including DSC, Honeywell, GE, Ademco, 2GIG, Qolsys and Elk. MAP also integrates with several popular access control systems, including Secure 9000 and Kantech.
