CPI has been protecting families and businesses since 1976 and is the largest locally owned and operated security company in the Southeast. Since 2003, CPI has invested nine million dollars to create the most advanced central monitoring station in the country, located in Charlotte North Carolina. Its only purpose is to serve CPI customers with the fastest response time during a burglary, fire or medical emergency, and to provide the best in Customer Care. CPI is one of the only security companies that designs, installs, monitors and services its own security systems. All staff members are full time employees who are extensively trained and undergo a 4-year background check and are registered with North Carolina Private Protective Services.
