COPS buys wholesale monitoring business of Security Partners

Earlier this week, COPS Monitoring announced that it recently acquired the wholesale monitoring assets of Security Partners, LLC, at auction.

According to a statement, the acquisition will add 100,000-plus subscriber accounts to COPS Monitoring’s customer rolls.

The migration of accounts is expected to be completed by early fall and will bring the company’s total monitoring account to more than 3.5 million.
