COPS Monitoring, a leading nationwide provider of wholesale alarm monitoring services headquartered in Williamstown, N.J., expanded on their longstanding tradition of hosting renowned dealer appreciation events by holding its first ever dealer appreciation “Bonanza” at World Famous Gilley’s during ISC West in April, 2013. The event was co-sponsored by Alarm Funding Associates, CheckVideo, SS&Si Dealer Network, Telguard and Time Payment.
“What started out as a desire to show our appreciation for a few hundred alarm dealers, matured into an extraordinary party for over 500,” stated Jim McMullen, president and COO of COPS Monitoring. Live entertainment, dinner, and drinks, were all punctuated with lavish door prizes, games and a mechanical bull riding contest for big cash prizes, and we even offered line dancing instruction. “We didn't hold anything back. Our dealers work hard and this year they showed us that they can play hard too. Even though we set the bar high, we already have ideas on how to make our dealer event even better next year,” concluded McMullen.
