The IP5000 includes self-monitoring and fault reporting capabilities on nearly every aspect of the phone: communication service, loss of power, battery voltage monitoring, button failure, speaker failure, microphone failure and PAS amplifier/speaker failure (if attached). Power options include Power over Ethernet IEEE 802.3af & at, 12-24VAC/VDC @ 400mA and 12VDC with battery monitoring for Solar/Night Charge™ systems.
