Zenitel USA announces the production of all 9200, 9400 and 9600 systems, 9600 substations, and all associated items will no longer be manufactured. Beginning February 1, 2014, Zenitel will stop accepting new orders on these systems.
Zenitel will perform a last time buy on all items to fill customer orders. If you wish to place an order now till January 31, it will be sold based on the quantities specified and not changeable, once the purchase order has been placed with Zenitel.
For items not currently in inventory, delivery will be first quarter 2014. Items remaining in stock will be sold on a first come first served basis until the stock is depleted.
All sales of 9200, 9400 & 9600 items will be final and not returnable for credit. Zenitel will provide the standard three-year warranty on all items sold, and will continue to provide service support and repair based on availability of components.
