Fike released the Fike Panel Help & Diagnostics (PhD), a tool to help technicians during routine service calls. Based on an extensive analysis of incoming technical calls, Fike’s Electrical Support and IT teams developed this online tool to help authorized technicians access event message information and appropriate actions to correct trouble conditions, without having to access bulky manuals.
