The release of Surveillint version 6.5 raises the bar for PSIM technology within the industry, offering new product capabilities that enhance visualization and situational awareness, improve operator productivity and improve performance to support the largest and most complex customer environments.
Surveillint 6.5 further extends its ability to support graphical information systems (GIS) and ability to integrate live map data with the full support of ESRI ArcGIS enabling Surveillint operators to leverage the widest variety of map and geographically referenced data as they monitor environments and respond to events. The operator interface has been updated to support more sophisticated and advanced video controls often only found in advanced video management systems and extensive interactive bi-directional controls with connected third-party systems where operators can interact and send sophisticated commands with third-party systems through simple controls, greatly simplifying operation and minimizing operator errors. The results are improved operator efficiencies and better organizational response to events.
Proximex leverages its deep roots in enterprise-class software design to further improve the performance of Surveillint 6.5. Built on its highly scalable and robust service oriented architecture and Business Logic engine, Surveillint can now process 7 times more alerts in real-time than the previous version, Surveillint 5.0. When tested on a standard performance class server, Surveillint 6.5 demonstrated real-time alert processing that is up to 17 times faster than what the competition claims today.

Surveillint 6.5 implements a number of feature enhancements, including an updated user interface that increases the speed for operators to identify and retrieve critical information about events. In addition, a new, intuitive drag-and-drop video control lets users collect information and respond to incidents faster. In-screen cameras also provide operators with assets to manage and operate cameras while keeping their eyes on the video.
