In 7.7, VidSys debuts National Language Support, meaning the software can be easily adapted to various languages without code changes.
VidSys founder and CTO James Chong addressed the evolution of the PSIM category, a term he helped coin in 2006: “PSIM started as an integration platform for operation centers to improve situational awareness using physical security sensors and data. It is now rapidly evolving to encompass other data sources, including building management, radars/sonars, asset tracking, social media and IT security and management systems.” Chong said.
