Ajax Systems takes another important step in expanding within North America by integrating with leading monitoring partners. Effective immediately, the software platforms for both AvantGuard and Armstrongs, an AvantGuard Monitoring Company, can receive alarms and photo verifications from the Ajax security system.
Ajax devices are connected to AvantGuard’s and Armstrongs’ monitoring software via Ajax Translator, which receives events from Ajax hubs. The translator decrypts and converts events into the SIA (DC-09) protocol format and sends them directly to the partners’ platform.
