Prometheus Security Group selected for GSA Oasis+ Total Small Business Award
Prometheus Security Group Global (PSG) announces its selection as an awardee for the General Services Administration (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) Small Business Set-Aside contract in the Facilities Domain.
The contract award recognizes PSG’s leadership in the security industry and support of Executive Order 14028 mandating Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) for federal agencies.
“Our selection is a testament to PSG’s unwavering dedication to security innovation and excellence,” said Rick Gross, co-founder and CEO of PSG. “We are honored to play a crucial role in securing the nation’s critical assets.”
In response to a series of significant cyberattacks affecting both the public and private sectors, President Biden signed Executive Order 14028 in 2021. The directive mandates that federal civilian agencies enhance their digital security measures and policies. It also requires these agencies, along with their federal partners, to evaluate current cybersecurity practices, pinpoint deficiencies relative to the executive order's standards, and implement upgrades within specified deadlines.
By joining this group of awardees, PSG is authorized to provide security services through one of the federal government’s most comprehensive contracting vehicles. This strengthens PSG’s role as a trusted partner for federal agencies, offering innovative services tailored to meet the highest security standards, according to the announcement.
Based in Austin, Texas, PSG leverages artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) and modeling simulations to ensure continuously authenticated and verified data. This approach is said to enhance response team safety and supports mission success across sectors such as government agencies, critical infrastructure protection (CIP), operational technologies (OT), and process and industrial control solutions.
To learn more about incorporating cyber and Zero Trust into physical security, PSG has published multiple whitepapers to discuss the company’s capabilities.
