Toronto, Ontario -- January 12, 2016) – PPM 2000 Inc., offering Perspective™, the industry’s leading incident management software product, combined operations under Resolver Inc. (Resolver) as of January 1, 2016. The rebrand comes after the acquisition of both PPM 2000 and Resolver, a global leader in governance, risk, and compliance software, by Klass Capital in 2015.
