TMA OPSTech 2025

The Monitoring Association’s OPSTech 2025 will bring together monitoring and security professionals for an in-depth look at the technologies, strategies, and operational practices shaping the next generation of professional monitoring.

The event will feature discussions and peer exchanges among systems integrators, central station leaders, GSOC managers, and solution providers, with sessions designed to deliver practical insights into emerging technologies, customer engagement, and business performance.

This year’s program includes a tour of ECAM’s advanced, video-only monitoring center — one of the largest AI-driven live surveillance operations in North America — providing attendees with a firsthand look at the evolving role of AI and remote monitoring in modern security operations.
