The California Alarm Association's 2012 Winter Convention will take place at the Wyndham Parc 55 hotel in San Francisco on Dec. 5-8. Joe Arpaio, sheriff of Maricopa County, Ariz., is scheduled to deliver the event's keynote address on Dec 7. Later that night, Patty Hartman will receive the 2012 George A.
