Beginning in November, the National Systems Contractor’s Association will conduct the first of three scheduled classes of a new Project Management Program.
The program, which consists of three-day classes that cover both "fundamental and advanced concepts," will examine a range of topics including how to manage the human and financial aspects of projects, managing billings and cash flow, and mitigating project risks, according to a statement issued by the NSCA.
The first class will be held in Philadelphia, Pa., from Nov. 12 to Nov.14. The class will be offered to NSCA members for a special introductory price of $824. Classes thereafter will cost members $949 and non-members $1,149.
