Molly Jin named to ISMA executive position

Jin is ISMA's first Director of Education & Knowledge Management

The International Security Management Association (ISMA), the global association of leading Chief Security Officers, has announced the selection of Molly Jin as its first Director of Education & Knowledge Management.

“We are very pleased to announce this appointment,” reported Liz Chamberlin, ISMA’s Executive Director. “Molly will bring leadership, professionalism, creativity, and a holistic approach to ISMA’s programs, as well as a deep sense of commitment to member services.”

Jin has worked for multiple nonprofit organizations during her career, developing and implementing a variety of continuing education events and programs. Previously she spent three years as the Director of Education and Meetings at the Society for Technical Communication where she established a robust online and in-person continuing education program. She has a keen understanding of the latest delivery methodologies, adult learning techniques, and the importance of leveraging a robust body of knowledge.
