Monitronics’ web-based Dealer Portal is a major benefit for its authorized dealers. It’s the central hub for Monitronics dealers, giving them real-time control over information and activity essential to their businesses. The platform was recognized in February with a bronze Stevie Award for e-Commerce Customer Service following a number of enhancements that have been added over the past several months, including:
- Increased control over individual profiles, including customization of options to match the dealer’s needs.
- The ability to register interactive service accounts in one easy-to-use interface.
- The ability to build custom packages for customers within a new custom settings option.
