The process involved a rigorous audit entailing thorough interviews with Administration, Security Operations Center (SOC), Quality Assurance, Human Resources and Finance, as well as investigation of risk management, physical security, access controls, and security best practices. Tech Systems’ ISMS successfully met all logical, process, physical and management controls to achieve compliance with the standard.
