Wholesale monitoring firm SentryNet on Friday announced that it has been acquired by Stanley Security.
SentryNet provides alarm monitoring services to over 500 alarm dealers and is based out of Pensacola, Fla., with its main central station in Memphis, Tenn. The company will continue to operate independently, maintaining its same name, sites and website.
According to a statement, the companies had been in talks regarding the acquisition since early 2015. The deal was eventually closed in August.
SentryNet will be under Stanley’s Software and Controls division. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
