As part of an ongoing effort to bolster its geographic footprint and enhance its ability to serve mid-market, national and large-scale customers, ADT Commercial announced on Wednesday that it has acquired Alliant Integrators based in Louisville, Ken.
Founded in 2006 by Beverly and Jim Bozarth, Alliant Integrators, Inc., is one of the largest providers of commercial fire alarm detection, installation, inspection and maintenance services in the Kentucky and Southern Indiana region.
