Mobile Communications of America acquires S3 Integration

Spartanburg, S.C.-based Mobile Communications of America (MCA) on Tuesday announced that it has acquired S3 Integration, LLC.
Headquartered in Baltimore, S3 provides security systems integration as well as IT solutions and services to customers in Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., and North Carolina. The company offers a broad portfolio of services from planning, engineering, implementation, integration, to maintenance of security systems.
“S3 Integration is extremely excited to join MCA. There is a great amount of synergy between the two companies. Our knowledge and experience in the security integration industry will be great addition to MCA,” S3 President Tom Silcott said in a statement.

S3 expands MCA’s geographic footprint across Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
