Alarm Detection Systems (ADS) acquires Illini Security Services

December 29, 2020, Long Grove, IL — Alarm Detection Systems (ADS) of Aurora, Ill., has acquired Illini Security Services of Sycamore, Ill. The transaction was facilitated by Davis Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Since 1984, Illini Security has been serving both residential and commercial customers in Northern Illinois. According to a press release, the owners of Illini, Gene and Margaret Deisz, decided that after 37 years it was time to move on and sell to a larger, trusted alarm company already in their market.
