Securitas Electronic Security acquires customer contracts of iVerify

UNIONTOWN, OHIO - Securitas Electronic Security, Inc. (SES) has acquired the customer contracts and certain select assets of iVerify.US Inc. (iVerify™). The acquisition supports Securitas’ stated strategy of building its electronic security business in North America.
