This strategic move expands Wayne Alarm's footprint in the greater Boston area, allowing them to deliver their security services to a wider range of customers.

SAS Security Systems, Inc. (also known as SAS Special Agent Systems, Inc.), established in 1971 by retired FBI agent Leonard M. Frisoli, is a UL-listed full-service central station monitoring and installation company. Under the leadership of Thomas Frisoli and Mark Warner, SAS has built a strong reputation for excellence in intrusion and fire systems. Wayne Alarm is proud to welcome the talented staff of SAS Security Systems into the Wayne Alarm family and plans to maintain operations in the current SAS Watertown location for the foreseeable future.
Following the acquisition, Mark Warner will focus on customer support for existing SAS clients, while Thomas Frisoli transitions to a consultant role. Wayne Alarm is committed to growing the Watertown branch, further solidifying its presence in the greater Boston area to provide local service.
