Absolute Systems LLC recently acquired Eclipse Integration, LLC of Peculiar, Missouri, for an undisclosed amount. Alarm Financial Services (AFS) provided financing for the transaction. This purchase positions Absolute for continued expansion in the Kansas City, MO, metropolitan market.

Absolute Systems, led by Scotty Rhoads, provides residential and commercial security solutions in Kansas City, Houston, and San Antonio. The acquisition of Eclipse builds out Absolute’s commercial account base and presence in Kansas City in particular.

"Acquiring Eclipse allows Absolute Systems to expand its customer base, offering new clients our commitment to quality, cutting-edge technology, and a family-run business approach,” says Rhoads.

“This is the second deal AFS has financed for Scotty and his team at Absolute,” said Jim Wooster, President of AFS. “We are excited to see them executing on their combined strategy of organic and acquisition growth.” AFS provides financing from $150,000 to $1,500,000 to small and medium-sized security, fire alarm, and Personal Emergency Response System (PERS) companies.
