Dakota Alert's DCPA-2500 is a battery-operated wireless vehicle sensor that can be used in driveways to detect cars or trucks entering. When the probe sensor detects a vehicle, the transmitter will send a wireless signal to the receiver up to 1/2 mile away. The receiver will sound a chime locally but it also has a 12 VDC output as well as four form "C" relay outputs. Up to four different sensors can be monitored from one receiver. The receiver can also connect with other control panels via the relay outputs. The sensor is simple to install and eliminates the need to run wires from the drive to the home.
