The Knightscope Security Operations Center (KSOC) is the backbone to any Knightscope Autonomous Security Robot (ASR) deployment. It is a dynamic web-based interface that can be accessed from anywhere on any device.
The KSOC is developed in Silicon Valley and recently went through its 7th major update using feedback from its many clients across the US. Behind this easy to use interface is a combination of artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, big data and cyber security that provides powerful real-time, location-based alerts for suspicious vehicles or devices, persons of interest, thermal anomalies, parking violations and a deep data set for post incident investigations and reporting.
