In July and December of 2023, OvrC got 2 major upgrades that make it even more useful to our Partners. The first major upgrade moved OvrC Pro advanced troubleshooting tools to the cloud. These cloud-based diagnostic tools allow integrators to remotely run ping tests, trace routes, and more; utilizing a secure connection between Pro devices and OvrC servers. It's like having a technician virtually on location for essential diagnostics. Additionally, the December 2023 update streamlines the Control4 customer handoff process. Integrators can now seamlessly create customer accounts, commission devices, and pass customers full control of their systems. It also added the ability to grant the integrator access on-demand, for troubleshooting as needed. This empowers efficient customer onboarding while maintaining the ability to provide ongoing support when necessary.
