Fiel was live on the campus of Virginia Tech one day after a student killed 32 of his fellow students before turning the gun on himself.
Fiel discusses emergency notification procedures, crisis management plans, lockdown procedures, access control and video surveillance — all as applied to respond and prevent episodes of school violence and school shootings.
