Allied Universal®, a leading security and facility services company in North America, has acquired Shetler Security Services, a Phoenix, Ariz.-based company offering security solutions on a national level. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Founded in 2007, Shetler Security Services offers the implementation of armed, unarmed and patrol security services for a premier client base that includes widely recognized financial institutions within the United States. With revenues in excess of $22 million and more than 525 employees, the company provides security services in Arizona, California, Minnesota, Colorado, Texas, Nevada, New Mexico and Montana. Shetler Security President/Owner, Mike Shetler, will be joining Allied Universal as a consultant.
