Moog Videolarm’s new line of Power over Ethernet (PoE)-ready housings feature simple and quick installation. The enclosures accommodate most indoor fixed and PTZ PoE cameras and allows them to function outdoors. The PoE housings use the supplier’s Dynamic Power Allocation technology, ensuring the camera always gets PoE power, even when the H&B are operational. One PoE Plus-powered cable is all that is required to connect to the power allocation system for intelligent power distribution between the camera and the heater and blower. Each unit, available in three different configurations, is PoE Plus IEEE802.3at-compliant and includes a 30-watt midspan to power the unit.
