Davenport, Fla. – Westinghouse Security announces the availability of its HD 4-in-1 technology and IP series surveillance cameras as well as digital and network video recorders. These product line additions provide distributors, dealers, and installers another Westinghouse Security solution that combines both innovation and product quality.
Both the HD and IP series cameras deliver 1080 high-definition resolution but employ different delivery systems. The HD series cameras work over existing coaxial cables that utilize TVI, CVI, AHD, and analog technologies. This capability allows end users to replace current analog systems with a solution that provides high definition — without the removal and replacement of existing wiring. The IP series cameras function via Power over Ethernet, letting users leverage their existing network infrastructure. Both camera series offer turret, dome, bullet, and pan tilt style cameras, providing mix-and-match options.
“The addition of cameras and recorders complements our existing RTS series biometric and PIN-operated locks and allows us to serve our customers with a more comprehensive product lineup,” notes Brian Moses, chief sales officer, Westinghouse Security. “In addition, there are some distinctive features within the camera and recorder selections.
