Ability’s VS12110 ANPR bullet camera has built-in Intel® Movidius™ VPU and 4G LTE Cellular modem with GPS module aiming for automatic license plate recognition application. The camera features a Sony Starvis 2MP image sensor that supports image resolution of 1920*1080 at up to 60 frames per second. The camera includes a 5-50mm 10x lens and an IR illuminator with an effective range up to 70 meters, plus Ability’s proprietary Super HDR PRO algorithm that combines both HDR and WDR functions for supreme image visibility under night and dynamic lighting conditions. The weather-proof ratings of IP66 & IP67 and vandal-resistant IK10 housing protection make the camera tough enough to withstand harsh environment conditions for outdoor surveillance applications. The VS12110 bullet camera is designed with cybersecurity in mind including SRTP(Video streaming encrypted), session authentication, and embedded firewall. With the support for Intel® Distribution of OpenVINO™ Toolkit, the application developers can start off quickly by setting up a PoC system using a suitable pre-trained deep learning models available in the OpenVINO public repository, and later on transfer the own developed AI models onto the camera platform seamlessly and quickly.
