Middle Atlantic Products, a brand of Legrand | AV, today announced its new Forum ADA-Compliant Wall Tiles. The wall tiles are designed for seamless integration with the Forum Floor-to-Wall Display Stand to provide ADA compliance when the display stand is mounted in a path of travel. When installed, these tiles provide a person with sufficient time to detect the display stand with a cane ahead of coming into direct body contact. This thoughtful accessory is also retrofittable, accommodating existing installations effortlessly.
“When we think about the collaboration space, no detail can be overlooked,” said Patrick Kittredge, CTS, Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Middle Atlantic Products and Da-Lite at Legrand | AV. “Our new Forum ADA-Compliant Wall Tiles were designed as part of our commitment to ensure rooms are built as inclusive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing as possible. Like the rest of the solutions in our Forum Collaboration Suite, they complement each other for a unified look.”
Middle Atlantic’s Forum ADA-Compliant Wall Tiles are 24”x24”x8” and made from the same acoustic PET felt found on the Forum Display Stands and Tables to maintain a cohesive aesthetic across the entire suite of products. Sold in pairs, they’re ideal anywhere the Forum Floor-to-Wall Display Stand goes, including conference rooms, offices, and educational facilities, and are retrofittable to accommodate existing installations. They also complement Middle Atlantic’s Acoustic Solutions, like Nivo, Ori, and TruTile, for even more uniform design aesthetics throughout the room. They’re packed flat for transportability and assembled easily with minimal hardware for wall-mounted installation.
Part of the Forum Collaboration Suite, the Forum Display Stand is designed for workspaces when hybrid collaboration is necessary in open or closed spaces. Forum is the winner of the Good Design and the International Design awards—two prestigious global design awards highlighting the product's ingenuity in aesthetics, modularity, and function. The solution comprises display stands and tables that can be configured in hundreds of ways. The display stand—with free-standing or floor-to-wall-mounted versions—includes a Chief Fusion mount that supports single displays up to 100”, dual displays up to 75”, and a 21:9 ultra-wide aspect ratio display, up to 105". This display stand has ample equipment mounting, including Lever Lock to store all videoconferencing components. The display shroud is outfitted with acoustic felt that matches the wall tiles and helps to keep the noise levels and audio reverberation to a minimum, ensuring the highest quality audio experience for both in-person and remote audiences in open spaces.
