Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) technology has become popular and there are many devices that are PoE ready: PoE cameras, VoIP phones, wireless radios, and access controllers. These technologies have been widely adopted in industrial markets that include automation manufacturing, security surveillance, power/utility, water wastewater treatment plants, oil/gas/mining, and transportation industries. The LNP-2602G-SFP series works well in wide temperature environments that require rugged Power Source Equipment (PSE) networking equipment with high-density Ethernet port connectivity, long distance data transmission, and reliability.
Antaira’s LNP-2602G-SFP is the latest industrial Gigabit PoE+ unmanaged Ethernet switch series that offers 24 full Gigabit Ethernet ports with a PSE maximum of 30W per port and two gigabit combo ports featuring SFP fiber slots for long distance connectivity or two 10/100/1000 twisted pair ports. This product series has an IP40 rated metal casing design that can be mounted in a 19” rack. The device provides a dual redundant power input range of 48 to 55VDC with an overload current and reverse polarity prevention, as well as high EFT surge and ESD protection. Additionally, there is a built-in relay warning function to alert maintainers when power failures occur on one of the two power sources. Each unit is built to withstand industrial networking hazards like shock, drop, vibration, electromagnetic interference (EMI), and temperature extremes. Wide operating temperature version options include a standard (-10 ~ 70°C) model or an extended (-40 ~ 75°C) model. The units conform to the following dimensions of 17.3 inches 440mm (W) x 7.9 inches 200mm (D) x 1.7 inches 44mm (H) and a unit weight of 6 pounds.
