IP security solutions manufacturer Genetec announced this week that it has created a new Professional Services Department to help provide its customers additional support with installations.
Though they had previously provided technical solutions training to their customers, Genetec’s new Professional Services Department will offer three new initiatives including field service and project engineering, deployment project management and custom solutions development.
“We want our customers to fully take advantage of the capabilities of our products, and offering these value-added services will help those with all types of objectives get the most from their investment,” said Genetec Professional Services Manager Jean-Francois Lemire in a statement. “Ultimately, Genetec’s professional services offering provides customers with an enhanced level of service and the ease of access to all available resources, helping them focus on their core competencies and be even more efficient in their day-to-day operations.”
