Vista, the UK's premier brand of CCTV equipment, has now expanded the VFSM20 range of highly popular 20" flat screen monitors, available with integrated cameras.
Featuring a high quality LCD screen the VFSM20 range brings simplicity and style to entrance and lobby monitoring. There are now three unique models available, compatible with a range of mounting accessories to ensure a smooth and simple installation.
The VFSM20/DS offers a monitoring solution with two external camera inputs, ideal for simple surveillance applications where a maximum of two remote cameras are required to be linked to the monitor.
The VFSM20CAM/DS and VFSM20CAM2/DS feature one and two integral cameras with 4-9mm varifocal lenses, with the option to add an additional remote camera. "The advantage of the two camera monitor is that you can cover one or two entry doors with all the necessary equipment contained in one smart-looking package," says Mark Pritchard, Divisional Director of Vista.
The motion detection feature can automatically switch from remote camera to internal camera or cameras allowing maximum flexibility of use. In addition, the monitors have a built-in light sensor that can be used to automatically power the unit down when lights are dimmed, thus greatly prolonging lifespan.
"We decided to expand the range of the monitors due to their popularity with installers and end-users alike," explains Mr Pritchard. "They provide a very stylish means of making customers aware that CCTV is in operation and that they are being monitored."
Applications for the range include designer stores, retail premises, hotel or office reception areas, sports centres, shopping centres and commercial premises.
