Las Vegas, NV (April 2, 2014) – JVC is demonstrating the sophisticated recording capabilities of the company’s new VR-D100 Digital Video Recorder (DVR) Series here at ISC West 2014. The new units feature JVC’s exclusive Super LoLux processing to provide advanced performance features and extended capacity recording storage, purpose engineered for today’s high resolution analog cameras.

JVC’s new Super LoLux VR-D100 DVR Series includes three new models: the 4-channel VR-D1004-500 with 500MB internal recording capacity; the 8-channel VR-D1008-1TB with 1TB internal recording capacity; and the VR-D1016-1TB with 1TB internal recording capacity. All three DVRs offer H.264 compression for reduced storage and bandwidth, and WD1 / 4CIF / 2CIF / CIF / QCIF encoding to support high-resolution analog cameras capable of capturing up to 700 TVL. In addition, the VR-D100 DVR Series offers dual-stream recording at 30fps, HDMI and VGA outputs (1920x1080) for synchronous playback, two-way audio, and 12VDC operation for mobile use. The units also come equipped with a mouse and remote control, as well as a free mobile app and a three-year warranty.
